I forgot to incude my 1099-R when filing taxes for 2021. I contributed in the year 2021 to my traditional IRA and did a backdoor roth IRA conversion in the same year. I have submitted an ammendment. My question is if this will impact filing my taxes for 2022 at all? Do I need to change anything or can I submit how I would normally....File 8606 as nondeductible IRA contributions and indicate 1099-R was also recieved in 2022 for roth conversion.

No, if you converted the full amount in 2021 then it won't affect your 2022 tax return. Only if you have a basis left on your 2021 Form 8606 line 14 will you have to enter it on your 2022 tax return.
