I submitted my taxes on Monday, but then realized I got a 1099 INT form in the mail that same day. How can I add the form to my taxes? Shouldn't I just easily be able to do it since the IRS or my state hasn't opened yet and nothing has been sent to them yet? This is the first time I've ever done something like this so I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

The IRS will start processing returns on Jan 23. Until then TurboTax will hold your pending e-filed return. Pending returns can not be changed. If your return is accepted you will get an email. If the return is rejected the e-mail will tell you what to correct and you can make changes before e-filing again. Amend to change an accepted return after you get your refund. This happens frequently, and there is no reason to panic.
If you don't file an amended return,
If you choose to prepare an amended return you will have to wait until your originally filed return is fully processed and then amend your return to add the missing document.
