For the Turbo Tax Self-employed product, will this help me file sales tax and make sure I submit everything needed for withholding Social Security?

I just want to know if the Turbo Tax self-employment product will help me with social security, sales tax, and or federal taxes. I'm confused essentially what is included with it and wanted to know before I drop a hundred dollars on it.

No it won't help file Sales Tax.   The Self Employed version is for personal 1040 personal returns that need Schedule C for self employment or sole proprietor or Single Member LLC.  It also gives you access to Quick Employer Forms to prepare W2 and 1099NEC forms to give people you pay.

And in the Online versions you can start for free and try it out.  You only need to pay to file or print.

Or you can buy the Desktop CD/Download program to install on a full Windows or Mac computer.  The Desktop program has more features and advantages over the online version.   And you can buy a lower version.   All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. Buy the personal Desktop CD/Download programs here
