For my OH state return, it is showing the SD100 form which i do not need. I deleted the form but it still shows when it reviews and an error comes up. what can i do?

The Ohio tax return requires a school district number even when you don't live in a community that has a school district tax. Use 9999 as the district code.

You could try deleting the form which generates the questions that triggers this form.
after deleting the form then click on state you'll get asked questions based on local state tax etc if you plan to pay for it in 2021 etc
in order to NOT bring up the form select "no" to the questions

so that way you don't have to enter district code "9999"
