Irs isn't taking my agi, but i am sitting here looking at my return. when i tried to look at irs returns on their site, they couldn't verify phone #with my provider

First, ensure that you are getting your AGI from the correct form and that you are entering it correctly:

If you are getting AGI rejects, then you will need to get transcripts to confirm your AGI. In some situations, you may need to file with a 0 as your AGI.

Otherwise, if you cannot correct an AGI rejection, you can file by mail:
