Finished file tax, now review and tweaking answers before submitting. The final return has not change. Is it because I limit out on my deductions?

That might be the answer. If your income is high enough you are phased out of numerous credits and deductions. Making small tweaks will not change the amounts due to that. Without seeing your return, it is hard to say what the exact reason is.
