Filled out all bank info etc .. went to pay ... only two options cc or deduct from refund ?!?!?!

I filled out all bank info etc etc ..so i can pay via direct bank withdrawal ... went forward to file and pay tax due ... only two options appear ... cc or "deduct from refund" ?!?!?!  I have no refund due & i don't want to pay $39.99 to  use cc .  Went back thru 3 times ... i am stumped !

You are being asked how you want to pay for the TurboTax account fees, not any taxes owed.  Your options are to pay the account fees with a credit card or have the fees paid from the federal tax refund.  The pay with refund option has a $39.99 service charge.
