Are you trying to use TT online, which is now closed for the season?

No one can see your return or your account, but as SweetieJean mentioned, e-filing for 2016 is permanently closed.  The system is getting geared up for 2017 returns.  A 2016 return must now be printed, signed and mailed.  You cannot e-file for 2016 any more.

 If you already paid your TurboTax fee, then you can contact customer service for a download of the desktop software.  You now need to use desktop software to finish preparing and filing your 2016 tax return.  The return will have to be printed, signed and mailed.  use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received it.
