So I decided to try and file my tax refund early without my W-2. I also filed for one of the jobs I had instead of all of the jobs I worked last year. I think I put incorrect information due to not having my W-2(s). Instant regret once filing. However I still got accepted by Turbo Tax. Am I still getting my refund and what do I do for my other W-2's?

You mean you just did that for your 2018 tax return? No, your return was not "accepted" -- it was just sent to a server where it is now going to sit until at least January 28. While it is "pending" there you cannot do anything to fix it. On January 28 the IRS will start accepting or rejecting tax returns. You submitted an incorrect tax return, so hope for it to be rejected.
If it is rejected you will be able to correct your mistakes and enter ALL of your income and then re-submit it. That is what you are required to do. Every W-2 goes on the same tax return. You do not file them one or two at a time. And if you have to wait for one of them--then you wait.
If, heaven forbid, the IRS accepts your return, then you will wait longer. You will wait until they fully process your return that only had a little of your income on it. Then when you get that refund, you will have to amend and add all of your other W-2's to a Form 1040X. A Form 1040X has to be printed, signed and mailed. It cannot be e-filed. And it takes the IRS about 4 months to process an amended return. If you are getting a bigger refund once all of that income is on your 1040X, that is how long you will be waiting for it. (Maybe longer).
Meanwhile, do NOT go onto your return that is online and start trying to change anything on it now. If you do, you will make an even worse mess. Leave it alone. Sit tight and see what happens when the IRS starts processing returns at the end of this month. Post back after they either accept or reject it so we can help.
