Filed on 2/17 and accepted still no info online

It’s been over 4 weeks and Where’s my refund still says I may not have entered my information correctly. They don’t even acknowledge acceptance of my return

That’s where they’re telling me they have no information on my return, I entered my information correctly. In the past this message was only there for 2-3 days at most, it’s now 4.5 weeks. I already got my NJ refund 2 weeks ago which usually comes 6 weeks after I get my federal refund.
