Filed my taxes on 1/21/25 IRS site says it is processing still who do I need to contact?

I filed my taxes on 1/21/25 it is now 3/19/2025. I cant get ahold of anyone at IRS to give me indication on why they are still processing my taxes. called all numbers on their site all I get is an robot that can give me the status of my refund. I have not received anything in the mail. Refund site only says its still processing. How long does it normally take to process a simple refund?

Tried :(844) 545-5640  and local tax number just sends me to the same prompts that gives me the status of my refund. cant get ahold of a human. cant get any answers.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?

Why do some refunds take longer than others?

What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

That doesn't help. I have  gone to all the sites and called all the numbers.

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
