Filed my federal return but when it was saved all of my earned income was not saved now it's making me mail in my return and do an admin how do I fix so I can e-file again

I don't know what happened we will finish the federal part and it automatically gave me the option to print and mail my federal in so halfway doing my state tax return I stopped to go back through I got an email confirmation that my federal had been filed that was back in may so I do I look over and noticed that when my federal filed none of my earned wages are Income nothing was saved only my employers information so it is making me do an admin return and not allowing me to e-file how do I change that is nothing technically was changed just my earnings were updated

It depends.

If you had filed your federal return, you would have had to go through the entire File section of the program asking you for permission to file.

I recommend contacting us using the link below.  An agent will be able to look up your account and confirm whether your returns were electronically filed and if so, what date.
