Filed Feb. 4, 2019 & 2 months later -April 4th- received letter requesting form 8962 — filed according to IRS request. Anyone else done this & received their refund yet?

I filed their request for the 8962 form immediately TO THE T, quadruple checking everything. A month ago faxed. Still waiting. Anyone else experiencing this?

yes. filed on 2/12.  

feb 4, is just shortly after efiling opened.  I have seen many posts of taxpayers who filed early (within a week of efiling opening) who are still awaiting their refunds.   my guess is that  the  IRS needs to manually process these returns to verify credits and withholding.    you can check refund status at IRS website.
