Filed and accepted by IRS on 3/17 2021. WMR says still processing and refund date will be provided when available. Transcript says "No return filed" What's going on?

Please be aware, the IRS is currently taking longer to process returns. Your return is still being processed. Please keep checking the IRS Where's My Refund? site.
