Filed & approved for refund advance. Taxes accepted by irs/state. No refund advance. Numbers on here and was told they couldn't tell me anything. No taxes owed. Help!

One hour after the return is accepted, you should get the temporary card information via email (please check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folder) which then has to be set up with an online account. Forty-eight hours after acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. For more information, please click here. I have the virtual card number and my account was set up 1 hour after acceptance. I called the number you listed and they REFUSED to assist. Still 0 balance and no help.
