Filed 2021 Tax Returns but forgot to use form 8888 to buy Paper I-Bonds. How can I do it now that I've already filed the taxes?

If you already filed it is too late to change anything.

However, if you have not yet purchased the maximum in I bonds this year, you can go onto the Treasury Direct website and do it there.  Just note, though, that the rates are expected to go up substantially on May 1, so you might wish to wait until then.
