Federal Tax refund deposited in wrong bank account

Hello. My federal tax refund was supposed to be deposited in my Wells Fargo checking account. Instead it was deposited in an unknown account in a bank called UMB of which I have never heard of. My state refund already got deposited correctly and my Turbotax fees were supposed to be deducted from my federal return.  Can someone please tell me if this is an error and how to fix it?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
