My boyfriend claimed our son this year for the first time and he got a letter stating that our sons information was wrong or something regarding claiming our son, and got his taxes back with money missing. I never got my taxes back yet and I cannot reach the IRS to see what is going on.

The only thing you can do is be patient and keep trying to reach the IRS. They are the only people who can answer your questions. TurboTax provides software for people to self-prepare their own returns. We have no direct link to them.

Be sure to use the phone number on the IRS letter, not the general one.
