Fed was accepted on feb 1. Still processing, irs says it’s on a 45 day hold from 15th. To make sure no one else claims my kids. I do every year. possible to get sooner?

No, the IRS is who releases refunds. If they have advised a 45-day hold, then unfortunately there's nothing we can do.
