Everyone I know who used Turbo Tax has not gotten NY state returns. They need to issue a refund

Some taxpayers have reported issues with Intuit TurboTax software that may be contributing to delayed refunds. Taxpayers who filed their taxes before TurboTax’s software was updated to reflect the latest tax breaks may face delayed return processing.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
