Within Investments, TT provides "Stocks/bonds 1099-B", "Crypto", and "Other, land and 1099-S".
When you check Other, it brings me to a 1099-B and not the expected 1099-S listed on the Other click box.
The question is why and should it?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Even though the entry screen mentions "1099-B" you should be able to report your 1099-S sale by choosing the appropriate type of sale from the drop down. Proceed to enter the rest of the information for the sale. TurboTax will report this on the appropriate form(s) in your return.
