No it was no help at all because I'm still recieving emails saying to "wrap it up" and now I'm not sure if my taxes are even done or if I need to file with someone else.
Reviewing your e-filing status using the link above will confirm if your returns were completed and pending review with the IRS. Were you able to check that?
You also might have more than one account and that is why you are receiving reminder emails. If you have confirmed that your filings are complete, you can unsubscribe by scrolling down on that particular email and clicking "unsubscribe" to start this process.
It says unable to provide information on the IRS website but I did receive messages that both were accepted.
The IRS can take a few days before an update will show, as they need to enter the information in the system first.
Both say accepted. But if the irs doesnt show a update does that mean my taxes weren't finished with turbo tax? Because I keep receiving the same email about 85% and "wrap it up"
To find out where your refund is, first check your e-file status. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status.
