Email saying “Error Your tax return is on hold pending a Pennsylvania update on payment dates for payments scheduled after April 15, 2021.” What is expected of me?

Federal was excepted. My Local still show pending. Im confused as to what I need to update?

You don't need to update anything.  The IRS and states are still getting their systems updated and customers will have to wait until the system has been updated to accommodate the new tax payment deadline.
