efile W2 delayed by Turbo Tax

I efiled my W2 on Jan 31, the last day to file without penalty. Turbo Tax did not submit my W2 to SSA until Feb 1st. Does that count as being late on my part.

No, it isn't late as long as you submitted your W-2 for e-file on January 31. It doesn't matter if it is accepted after the deadline.
