E-file state return and pay with a credit card

When I hit the link "Continue" to go to the intuit website to pay with my credit card, it goes no where.  The fee Intuit charges for taking it out of my refund is too large and I want to pay for it now.

What can I do?

Had to get a Turbo Tax representative to charge my credit card.  Various things her & i tried did not work.
