Does tt notify irs once an amend is printed?, i realize i dont have to amend my taxes after printing them.

No, TurboTax does not notify IRS once an Amendment is printed.

No.  The IRS doesn't know you did an Amended return unless you actually mail it in.  If you don't need to amend you can delete it.
