Do you see a change on the dashboard after amending or does it take time?
Ok, did you remove 1040X and that W-2? And if you are ok with doing so, can you click on Tax Tools to the left and click Tools there. Choose "Share my file with Agent" and click Ok. This will give you a Token Number. This is going to send a protected copy of your return for us to view. No personal info(SSN, address, names or any other personal data) will be shared with us on this copy; only numbers. Can you share that Token Number with me so we can take a look as well?

Thanks. Did you have any W-2s on there before you amended to add that one?

Ok, all looks well now. I don't see any amended forms in there. So keep an eye out on your email starting on the 29th to see if IRS accepts or rejects. And if they accept, allow 24-48 hours then you can start tracking your refunds <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/where...>
Just keep in mind, you want to wait until you actually receive your refund from them before you amend to add that W-2.
If you get a rejection from IRS, then you do not have to amend, you can just go back in and add that W-2 and re-submit.
