Do you need to re-purchase states if you filed through Turbotax Online but later need to use the downloaded amend software?

I know TurboTax charges when you need to file with multiple states online.  If I filed online with multiple states through TurboTax for a tax year, and need to later amend it using the downloaded amend software as it is no longer the current year, will I have to re-purchase the additional states, or will there be no charge and I can amend that return for free on that software?
