Do we know when we'll be getting our 10,200 unemployment tax refund if we already filed before the bill was passed?

Sorry they don't have a way to track that.

Just keep waiting.  The IRS is sending them out in batches over the summer.

And you don't get a 10,200 refund.  The first 10,200 of Unemployment is exempt from taxes so you only get the tax back on it.  And you don't necessarily get the tax withholding back either.  Only if you don't owe tax on your other income.
