Do NOT opt for the tax refund advance. It's been one week since my return was filed and approved. Why hasn't my return been deposited into my Credit Karma account?

It's advertised that your refund can be deposited in 15 minutes to one hour after approval. I've received one email saying a case had been opened and no other correspondence. I've sent several emails. Why no response?

You misunderstood.  If requested a refund advance, once the tax return has been accepted by the IRS, the advance would be paid into the Credit Karma account.

Since you did NOT request a refund advance and you have a federal tax refund then you have to wait for the IRS to process your tax return and issue the tax refund.  This process can take up 21 days and sometimes longer for the IRS to complete the processing of the tax return.

No, I did request the advance and I do have a Credit Karma account. There was no misunderstanding

I was stating that one should NOT opt for the advance because apparently there are serious issues with this program. After reading further in the forum, I'm not the only one with this problem. I also was pointing out that no one from the corporation has responded to any correspondence. It would be ludicrous for anyone to expect a return from a program that they had not elected to participate in.
