the W-2's don't go on your tax return. if this was their only income they are below the filing threshold. however, if there was federal/state withholding, they can file to get it back. while e-filing the federal should be free, there would be a fee (except in NY) for e-filing the state which could be more than the state refund
You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one. To file a separate return for your dependent you need to set up a new account. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts.

Be sure on their returns they check the box that says they can be claimed on someone else’s return. If their only income is W2 and under 12,400 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.

And see IRS Publication 501
@VolvoGirl is right, but I might add that even your kids don't have to file, they may get a refund if any federal tax was withheld (box 2 of Form W2).
Just be sure to check the box that says they can be claimed as a dependent.
