If you are e-filing your returns (federal and state), you do not need to mail anything in, unless it states that you should. 

If you are required to mail any documents in, you will be provided with the exact instructions as to what to mail and who to mail it to.

If you e-Filed, then you do not need to send anything to the IRS by mail
