Do I need to file an amended return if I listed a W-2 as my income instead of my spouse?

No, as long as the income was reported, you should be alright if you filed a joint return with your spouse. IRS document-matching procedures will detect that the W-2 was filed with your joint return.
If you and your spouse filed separate returns, you'd want to file an amended return.
