You most likely won't need to file an Amendment unless you received credit for an overpayment of social security withholding (Box 4 of your Form W2). This could happen if you had two jobs in 2018 and made over $128,400 between them.
I recommend that you go ahead and walk through the Amendment process in TurboTax just to make sure the updated W2 doesn't change anything on your return. If it doesn't, then you can just disregard it.
