If you had taxes owed, the in the File section of the program on Step 2, when taxes are owed, you would have been give several options on how to pay the taxes. You could not have filed the tax return without selecting one of the options.

I am a WI resident and I received a 1099 - NEC from a MN corporation for work I did for that entity in 2025. Do I need to file a MN return for that? If so, does MN allow estimated taxes after 12/31/25?
