The second stimulus received in 2021 is an advance tax credit based on the 2020 federal tax return, the stimulus payment has to be reported as received on the 2020 federal tax return.

Yes ... the screen tells you so ... failure to do so will delay processing of your return as the IRS corrects the error and adjusts your return ...

Can someone help me please. I did not receive my 2nd or 3rd stimulus check and I’ve never filed taxes, so How do I get them?
