Do I have to print these Forms and send them in or are they already electronically sent? Also it says pending… Is there anything else I need to do? Or is it just me pending getting my money back?

Pending simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet.

When you e-file a tax return there is nothing you have to mail to the IRS.

Or, if you chose the File by mail option, then you are responsible for printing and mailing your tax return. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more info, How do I print and mail my return in TurboTax Online?
