Yes, there is an extra fee of $34.99 that the bank charges.  You would be better off, if possible, to pay now using a debit or credit card.  If you don't have one and can't borrow one from family or friends, you might look at buying one of those prepaid cards that seem to be everywhere these days, and save yourself some money.
