Do i have to mail anything even though i have direct deposit?

After filing my w-2s it made me print all these paper and says i have to mail them but then i saw something saying if i dont owe any fees then i dont have mail anything. Im not sure still if i have mail anything like my returns.

If you received a notification that you needed to print and mail some or all forms it's in your best interest to do so. Without being able to verify the source or reliability of what you read that told you it was unnecessary my recommendation is that you follow the instructions you received.

So do I attach my w2s to it all? Also. What is the reason for sending that? And my other question is my refund on the way even though I haven't sent it off yet cause I just did it all last night.
