Is it true that you are using TurboTax Live, as the tag below your question shows?
Where did your federal refund "change on its own"? Where and when did you see it change? Did you receive the original $4,393 refund? Did you receive it before or after the refund "changed on its own"?
When you post again, please put a period (or question mark) at the end of each sentence, and capitalize the first word of each sentence. It's hard to understand what you are saying when you run all the sentences together with no punctuation.
