Do I file a 2023 amendment for Form 1099 I received a couple of weeks ago for money paid to me (beneficiary) in 2023 due to my mother's death?

I was one of two the beneficiaries of a small pension plan/policy after my mom passed away in 2023, Do I need to file a tax amendment?
