Direct debit not taken from bank account

My direct debit date has passed and the funds have not been drafted from my bank account. The funds are there, so what happens next? Who can I contact to draft the funds out and not end up paying twice?

this is the worst service, ripped off and cant get help, this is the worst ever! horrible altogether. my account has been over charged and this is unacceptable!
