Here is what I found on the topic. The link under it is where I found this information.
The IRS states that 9 out of 10 e-filed tax returns with direct deposit will be processed within 21 days of IRS e-file acceptance. Mailed paper returnsRefund processing time is 6 to 8 weeks from the date the IRS receives your tax return.

If you chose to pay any TurboTax fees with your refund then it might take a little bit longer for your refund to get back to you. It has to go from the IRS to the Santa Barbra Bank that TurboTax uses to have the fees extracted, before the money can return to you. Here is more information on that.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5948252

If it is taking longer then 21 Business days https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6152565
