Did I already file my taxes for 2016?

I tried filing my taxes earlier this week but, it told me that my forms weren't ready to finish filing. I came back today to finish up but it started all the way back at the beginning. That would be fine to do it over again but I already purchased TurboTax deluxe and it's asking me to purchase it once more to finish. I just need to know if my taxes have already been filed or not.

Did I already file my taxes for 2016?

Maybe you have more than one TurboTax account.  Many users do and just don't realize it.  In order to access the return you've already completed and paid for, you need to use the EXACT account (same username and password) that you used when working on it.  To see if you have more than one account, see the info below.
