I received a deposit today. However it's $3,000.00 short. How do I correct this immediately? I have nothing but issued with Turbo Tax. Please help. @presidentofintuit

All or part of your refund may have been used (offset) to pay off past-due federal tax, state income tax, state unemployment compensation debts, child support, spousal support, or other federal nontax debts, such as student loans. To find out if you may have an offset or if you have questions about an offset, contact the agency to which you owe the debt.
The IRS also may have changed your refund amount because they made changes to your tax return. This may include corrections to any incorrect Recovery Rebate Credit amount. You’ll get a notice explaining the changes.
Where’s My Refund? will reflect the reasons for the refund offset when it relates to a change in your tax return. Check there to see if you can find out more about the adjustment. The IRS is the only place that can give you any information on adjusted tax returns.
If the reduction was due to refund processing or TurboTax fees, we could help, but a $3K change was done by the IRS for a reason no one here knows. You can find IRS contact details here.
