Deposit from TREAS 310 for 7 dollars 3 months after I filed, and received full payment from my tax return just a week or so later.

Just today 8/17/20 I received a deposit for $7.19 from TREAS 310 TAX REF, the only thing is that by 7/6/2020, my tax refund was paid fully. I have NOT received my stimulus check yet, and I still get a Payment Status Not Available from the get my payment portal. I just want to know where this mishap is coming from.

The $7.19 is probably interest on your tax refund. The IRS pays interest if the refund was paid more than 45 days after you filed.

The interest that the IRS pays on your tax refund is taxable income, just like interest from a bank account. You will have to report it as interest income on your 2020 tax return.
