I had my refund put in my CK account and then they locked my account. I have sent in documents to verify my identity at least 4 times with no response. I have talked to several supervisors and reps that have no information on anything. They just say a higher department is handling my case and they are only reachable by email which is sketchy. You are handling peoples money why don't you have a phone? My refund is sitting in my spend account being held hostage by these life ruining people for no reason. I am filing a complaint with the BBB right now and anyone else that will help me because no one at CK seems to care enough to. I always file with Turbo Tax but after all of this mess I won't be back. Hopefully TurboTax will do something about this issue and clean up the Credit Karma sh*t show for the sake of your customers. What they are doing is wrong and the fact that its allowed is even worse.
