credit back to our credit card

We  tried to file our taxes on e-file and it keeps getting rejected so we are going to file by mail. $25.00 was charged to our credit card to e-file california state taxes.  Please credit our $25.00 back to our credit card since we are filing by mail..  Cecil and Linda   [email address removed]   a quick response from you will be greatly appreciated
