Copy B of my W-2 was damaged and is missing some information. Can I attach Copy 2 (State and Local) to Form 1040 for Federal filing?

Yes, you can. All copies are identical. You only have to attach your W-2 when you file by mail.

I'm filing by mail, W2 Copy B is damaged. Can I mail in Copy 2 ?

Include any copy that is not damaged. They all have the same information. @3692
