Completing Dates on K-1? My K-1 only reflects the year but bot a month and day??

How do I complete the dates on the top of the K-1?

I saved my return before filling but the K-1 only shows the year and not the day and the month!!

That portion is only filled out of you use a fiscal year. If you use a calendar year, the dates do not get filled in.

I keep changing to fiscal as oppose to the calendar but it does not get saved
